« What does it mean to work against the institution you work for? » In a series of events we will explore this question, posed by Fred Moten and Stefano Harney, through the experiences of people who work for institutions whose violent structures they want to dismantle. In this second episode we present this question to people working within Dutch art institutions.

ESOC: Erasmus School of Colour is a collective that works towards dismantling racist, patriarchal and ableist structures within and beyond the university. They want to establish a safe and accessible environment for marginalized groups. It organizes different small- and large-scale events and has a reading group that is open for everyone and is meant to be a safe, healing and educating space for all who participate.
