Mediating sexualities. The sexual politics of media production and regulation
Call for paper proposals for our international conference Mediating sexualities. The sexual politics of media production and regulation to be held at Lille University, France, November 3rd-4th 2020. Deadline : January 27th 2020
We welcome paper proposals in English or French, from any social science or humanities discipline, that address both media and sexuality from a critical perspective. Proposals should be no more than 500 words and make clear their theoretical and methodological background. Proposals can be sent to mediasexlille2020@gmail.com. They will undergo peer-review by an international academic advisory board. You will find more detailed information in the attached CFP (scroll down for English).
We are also very happy to announce that Sharif Mowlabocus (Fordham University, USA) and Susanna Paasonen (Université de Turku, Finlande) will open the conference.
